Quote before payment
The order shows the service and extras price, buyer service fee, and final total. The freelancer fee is calculated separately and stored with the applicable policy version.
Hold and payout
A hold starts after manual or automatic acceptance. Payout eligibility accounts for the hold duration and payout schedule.
Refunds
A refund starts only when the selected provider supports the required operation. Its status and amount appear in the order and financial history.
